About Me

After working in a high stress, emotionally exhausting, physically challenging, spiritually draining environment for a third of my life, after my health was failing, and my interpersonal relationships were struggling, I knew a change needed to happen.

So I quit my job, enrolled at National Holistic Institute School of Massage Therapy, and made that change happen.

While I understand that this drastic life change isn't for everyone, I do want to share the most important life lesson I've learned during this journey: you can't take care of others if you don't take care of yourself.

So take that first step, take care of yourself...even if it's simply getting a massage.
